Ground floor:

Front entrance vestibule and corridor leading to kitchen and main stairway.

Kitchen. This lovely room has a window opening out onto the sunny courtyard, which backs on to a green area and Danes Castle reservoir, and is not overlooked.

There is also a glazed door into the conservatory.

There is a dining table with chairs which fold for storage,
a new built-in oven and hob, ample cupboard and drawer space, two fridge freezers, washing machine and dishwasher.

The conservatory opens off the kitchen and currently houses a tumble drier plus a further fridge and freezer. The downstairs toilet and shower are accessed via this space.

The house has full gas central heating powered by the gas boiler in the kitchen. Cooking is by electric oven and hob. All rooms have double glazing and the house is well-insulated. EPC report (Energy Performance Certificate) available.
