Kitchen. This lovely room has windows on two sides, opening out onto the sunny courtyard, which backs on to a green area and Danes Castle reservoir, and is not overlooked. There is a large breakfast bar with stools, a new built-in oven and hob, ample cupboard and drawer space, a new freezer and fridge, washing machine and new dishwasher.

The conservatory opens off the kitchen and currently houses the second fridge and a tumble drier. A newly fitted shower room, with WC, opens off the conservatory.
