We're local landlords who have three houses in Exeter which we offer for Exeter University students to rent.

Our houses:

  • are well equipped and furnished, with double beds in all rooms.
  • have gas central heating and are well insulated.
  • have comfortable outside space for relaxing in the sun or having a barbecue, as well as the practical aspect of drying washing etc.
  • are within easy distance of both the main campus and St Lukes'.

There is space for bicycle storage and one house has off-road parking for one car.

NB: All three houses have been let for 2023-24, 11 Danes Road has been let for 2024-25 but 13 Danes Road and 64 Priory Road ARE still available for the Academic Year of 2024-25.

We take a pride in keeping our houses in good order and we aim to respond to all requests for assistance in the houses within 24 hours.
