This large comfortable end terrace house is situated in the popular Mount Pleasant area of the city, with the added attraction of the Priory Park right beside the house. Local shops are close by and a short walk takes you to the top of Sidwell Street and the city centre.

The house is equipped for five sharers, with a convenient kitchen and ample storage space for food, a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Alongside is a large sunny conservatory / dining area, which also has the fridge-freezers and the tumble drier. There is also a downstairs shower room.

Outside is a sunny private back courtyard which could also be used as an off-road parking area, and also has space for drying washing and a bike shed. Please note: on-street parking will require a parking permit.
